The Inter-American Development Bank is running a competition for micro-documentary films about social exclusion in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The Inter-American Development Bank is inviting audiovisual producers of its member countries to submit their works to a micro-documentary competition called The Faces of Exclusion.
Entries will consist of micro-documentaries with a minimum duration of two minutes and a maximum length of five minutes that describe in a creative fashion a case of exclusion by using real situations and real people. Entries should not consist of news reports or abstract artistic interpretations.
