Just finished Black Swan Green, and enjoyed it immensely. Am ploughing my way through Guns, Germs and Steel at the moment.

bwoy, your mind must be so full of good stuff! Work means very little reading for when I have worked 12 hours, 6 days a week, I dont want to read anything heavy. So ask me how many magazines I’ve read, and then my list would be full!

I really enjoyed Black Swan Green; it was probably my favourite book of the year. I enjoyed both of Diamond’s books (Guns, Germs and Steel moreso), but he sure does like to belabour a point, eh?
